Дом с видом на воду. Свой двор. Баня в доме, 20-ть метров до воды. Уютное помещение, этаж дома с выходом на собственную территорию.
Прямо в доме есть баня, которую можно при согласовании растопить.

На территории: обустроенная мангальная зона, место для парковки и много зелени.

Рядом с домом можно полюбоваться видом на реку с живописной горы, на море с другой стороны. Поймать рыбу в реке.

С причала возле дома можно отправиться на Соловецкие острова, в морское путешествие, в котором можно увидеть китов Белого моря, белух, тюленей, редко в открытом — дельфинов, поехать на рыбалку в Белом море, и всё это с гидом на катере.
